1 small step for step for many, 1 giant splash for refeeding survivor!

After being plagued by parasitic pain for the last few days and it finding keeping me from my much needed zzz zzz at night I was utterly frustrated.

Anyone who knows me knows I love the water. I love being in the water. Any water. Pool. Sea. River. Lake. But my favourite has to be the bath! Nothing settles me more for bed than a good soak in a salt infused bubble bath. It is normally one of my most relied upon pain killers. It is not uncommon for me to run this bubbly magic at 1 or 2 in the morning!

However, whilst I have been kept busy with the trials and tribulations of refeeding syndrome I have been far too weak to even attempt the bath!

Part of my physio is practicing stairs. This is a tiresome but essential affair but when mumma L and daddy L said I could have a bath (with my swimming cossy on of course!) I was ready to climb those stairs like a magical, light as a feather unicorn!

Grace didn’t want to join me as she said it would mess up her mane! Girls hey!

So off I went with the rents help and I soaked in that beautiful bubbly bliss with a facepack and a hair mask on for an hour!

Getting back down the stairs was fairly difficult as Shakey McShakeface decided to join the party but at least parasitic pain has put a sock in it……for now!
